The nominator must be a member in good standing of CQA/ACC. The nomination should be accompanied by at least two references.
    2. The nominee must have displayed a technical mastery of an aspect of the art of quilting.
    3. The nominee should be a person who stimulates respect for the needle person and must have exemplified qualities that have inspired others to become involved in the craft.
