Rosette Request Form (Part 1)

Member guilds of CQA/ACC may obtain a rosette for presentation as Best of Show or Viewer’s Choice

Please send an email to membership@canadianquilter.com when you receive the Rossette.

We would like to post your photo and winner’s information on our website and in The Canadian Quilter Newsletter.

In your confirmation email, you will recieve a link to the Part II  Rosette Winner’s Information.  Please keep your email to connect to this form.


Remember to take a photo of the winner with the quilt! For hints on taking good photos Click here

The jpeg should be a minimum of 700 KB at a size of 6"x4". Preferred: 1-2 MB.
Check your email settings. Do not allow the program to reduce the size of the photo
