Levels of Sponsorship
All levels of sponsorship receive the following:
- Name listed in Newsletter broken out by category
- Name listed on website broken out by category
- Name listed in conference handbook broken out by category
- Name listed in Show Book broken out by category
- Name listed in NJS Guide (if donation for NJS award) broken out by category
- Name listed on signage at event (broken out by category)
- Receive one event pin
- Receive certificate of appreciation
- Receive photo of sponsored award being presented (if donation is for an award)
Special cases:
- If a sponsor donates money towards a specific event, signage at the event venue features the sponsor. (example: if McPhail Travel donates $ for entertainment at final banquet, then there will be signage at the final banquet stating this)
- Samples of merchandise being sold at the event will be given to sponsors at the discretion of the Board.
Platinum Level - $3000 cash ($6000 gift in kind) & greater
Sponsor’s own signage displayed at event (provided by sponsor)

Admissions to NJS – 6
NJS Gala invites – 2
Merchant Mall – Guarantee of 2 double booths – 10% off rental price
Newsletter advertising rate – discount of 10%
Gold Level - $2000 cash ($4,000 gifts in kind)
Banquet tickets – 2
Admissions to NJS – 4
NJS Gala invites – 2
Merchant Mall – Guarantee of 1 double booth – 10% off rental price
Silver Level - $1000 cash ($2,000 gifts in kind)
Banquet ticket – 1
Admissions to NJS – 2
NJS Gala invites – 2
Bronze Level - $500 cash ($1000 gifts in kind)
Admissions to NJS – 1
NJS Gala invites – 2
Those sponsors donating less than Bronze level will be designated as “Special Friends of CQA/ACC” and these donations are also valued by the CQA/ACC Board.
